178 pages — every code, symptom, light, tool, town and FAQ answer — in one box. Results appear as you type, and the search runs in your browser: what you are worried about stays on your device.
On the search page, the / key jumps the cursor into the box. Type a code, a noise, a town, a fear — matches rank titles before fine print.
The index ships once; matching is local JavaScript. No query logging, no analytics on what you typed. We sell diagnoses, not data.
An empty result is an honest gap, not a dead end — every miss links to the free tools and to Trent. The best questions become the next page.
No. The whole index (every page title and summary on this site) ships to your browser once, and matching happens locally — that is why results appear as fast as you type. The server never sees your query unless you share the resulting /search?q= URL yourself.
Everything public: 178 pages — trouble codes (P0420 and friends), plain-English symptoms, dashboard warning lights, Texas inspection rejections, the no-start decision tree branches, every free tool, the service-area towns, services, blog posts, and every FAQ answer.
Probably the index simply does not have a page for that code yet — this site covers the codes we actually see in the Hill Country, not all 100+. Type the symptom instead ("rough idle", "battery dies overnight"), or book a flat-rate scan: a $150 diagnosis reads every module, including pending faults a cheap parts-store reader never sees.
Google works fine and our pages are built for it. This box exists for the visitor already here who knows the word — a code, a noise, a town — and wants the page in one keystroke instead of a site map. Press / on any page and start typing.
